The chapbooks were 4.25&#8243; x 5.5&#8243; with white, semi-gloss cardstock covers, and were professionally printed by a local print shop.  They were produced in very limited numbers.  One of them, the <em>XXX\/Phantasm of Despair<\/em> combo volume, printed in the same gothic font as <em>Sleepy Hollow,<\/em> was not made available for public sale at the time.
